xd99 Terms and Conditions — Complete Policy

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the xd99 platform and all services connected to it. By accessing or using the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

Key Definitions

• "Platform" — The xd99.cam website and all services and applications included within it.
• "Member" — Any person registered on the platform who uses the service.
• "Account" — A member's personal user account created through registration on the platform.
• "Balance" — The amount of funds held in a member's account, calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
• "Bonus" — Additional credits or benefits granted by the platform as a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition specifying the amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Service" — All gaming, betting and support features available on the xd99 platform.

Scope of Application

These Terms are effective for all members located in Bangladesh. The xd99 platform provides services with Bangladeshi members in mind and processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). By becoming a member, you confirm that you are able to understand and comply with these Terms.

Registration Eligibility

To create an account on the xd99 platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You are of sound mind and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• Only one account may be opened in your name — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and correspond to your own identity.

Registration Process

At the time of account registration, you will need to provide a valid email address, mobile number and personal information. Once registration is complete, a member must contact the support team to change any provided information. Registering with false information will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

A maximum of one account may be operated from a single household or IP address. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same environment (IP, device or payment method), it will be treated as a rule violation.

Password and Login Security

• You must use a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• xd99 reserves the right to verify any deposit request and may reject suspicious transactions.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800 (per method).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• The wagering requirement for any active bonus must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• xd99 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.
• Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification.

Anti-Money Laundering

xd99 takes the utmost precaution to prevent transactions involving illegal funds. Cases where deposits are made repeatedly without any gameplay may be considered suspicious. In such cases, the transaction will be suspended and additional verification will be requested.

Welcome Bonus

A special welcome bonus applies for new members at xd99:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and is valid once per member.
• To claim the bonus, the first deposit must be made within the designated time after registration.
• The deposit amount together with the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all types of bonuses:

• The specific terms of each offer must be read carefully before claiming a bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• xd99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• All bonuses have an expiry date — expired bonus credits are automatically cancelled.
• If xd99 determines that a member is exploiting the bonus system, xd99 reserves the right to cancel that bonus.

General Gaming Terms

Slots, live casino, cricket betting, crash games and other games are available on the xd99 platform. The following rules must be followed while playing:

• Game outcomes are determined entirely by a server-side random number generator (RNG).
• Each game has its own rules which can be viewed within the game.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the wager will be refunded in full.
• If the connection is lost during a game, the result saved on the server will be considered final.

Sports Betting Terms

The following applies when betting on cricket, football and other sports events:

• If odds change after a bet is accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance are final.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to xd99's decision.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly — they are not final until the bet is confirmed.
• If an unusually large amount is wagered on a single event, xd99 may impose betting limits.
• Minimum and maximum limits for sports betting will be displayed on the platform.

Game Results and Disputes

Game results determined by the xd99 technology system are final and binding. If there is a dispute over any result, please contact the support team — xd99 will review all game logs and issue a decision. If an abnormal payment occurs due to a technical error or human mistake, xd99 reserves the right to recover that amount.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

Participating in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
• Playing games using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate games.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to exploit risk-free bonus opportunities.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Attempting to hack, steal data, or breach the platform's security.
• Harassing other members or using offensive language.
• Using xd99's name or logo without permission.

VIP Tiers & Benefits

xd99 has four VIP tiers for regular players, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

To move up to a higher VIP tier, you must remain regularly active and consistently play games on the platform. xd99 sets the specific conditions for each tier and reserves the right to change them.

Gaming Guidelines

xd99 places the highest importance on the wellbeing and welfare of its members. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be treated as a source of income. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Only play with money that you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.
• Set time and money limits for yourself and stick to them.
• Never play with borrowed money or money set aside for bills.

Account Closure by xd99

xd99 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Failure to provide satisfactory documents during KYC verification.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• If the member is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Threatening or harassing other members or staff of the platform.

Account Closure by Member

If a member wishes to close their own account, please contact the support team. All pending bonus conditions must be cleared before the account is closed. Any valid balance may be withdrawn through the registered method before closure.

Service Limitations

xd99 accepts no liability in the following situations:

• If you are unable to play due to loss of internet connection or technical faults.
• If deposits or withdrawals are delayed due to issues with third-party payment providers.
• Unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions) that prevent service delivery.
• Software errors from third-party game providers.
• If a member suffers a loss as a result of sharing their login details with someone else.

Dispute Resolution

xd99 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms. Notice of important changes may be provided via email or on the platform.
